Dear Jamie,

I have admired Stripe for years, and the Senior Backend Engineer role feels like the perfect next step. For six years I have built payment APIs in Go and run them on Kubernetes, and I would love to help the team that powers payments for millions of businesses.

At Coinbase I moved card payments to an event-driven architecture handling 12k requests per second, and reduced failed payments by 18% with automated retries and idempotency keys. Now at NVIDIA, I cut GPU cluster scheduling latency by 35%.

What I would bring to Stripe:

• •Reliable, observable payment services at scale
• •Clear communication with product and risk teams
• •A habit of measuring outcomes

Thank you for your time and consideration. I would welcome the chance to discuss how I can help Stripe grow its core payment APIs.

Kind regards,

Gentile Jamie,

Cosa porterei in Stripe:

Cordiali saluti,
